MUST HAVE!! Beauty Blender

Hey guys, I'm so sorry I haven't posted in over a week! Life has been so so busy! Work, socialising etc. Last week in particular was super busy, so please forgive me!

I've been getting so much positive feedback from the other previous posts, thanks for all the lovely comments and mails, and pictures of your new boots and lipsticks!!

SO, today I'm going to talk beauty blenders.

I only bought mine two weeks ago and I am obsessed. I've seen other bloggers blogging about it and to be honest I wasn't that impressed or won over. My best friend uses a beauty blender and I always think her foundation looks amazing, so beautifully blended and pretty. So it had been on my mind to give it a go and then I was in Stila and decided to invest. I also bought so much other stuff including their iconic "Stay All Day Foundation" and Two absolutely gorgeous eye shadow palettes ( I plan on doing a post on these so keep your eyes peeled).

I'm way behind with this latest product. The Beauty Blender, has quickly earned and maintained a cult reputation. It's a must have in any makeup artist's tool box and now in mine. The spherical-cone shaped sponge promises flawless application of any base product, including primer, foundation and concealer. To use you have to wet it (I know it sounds crazy, applying water with foundation to your face!!!!). Trust me it works! So, hold it in your hand and put your hand under a tap of water and let it get wet. Squeeze the excess water away. Put some foundation on your hand and then add the product to your blender. Then, dab/bounce the product to your face (this dabbing/bouncing motion is a little harder to get the hang of but after a few strokes you will master it). Literally I am obsessed, my foundation looks flawless and smooth and hasn't taken really any effort at all. It's definitely a much quicker way of applying foundation and if you're a busy person then this product is for you!

To avoid germs make sure you wash it after each use. Again it's so quick, you can wash with baby shampoo and let it air dry.

Mine cost me €13 from Stila. You can purchase these pretty much every where. Most top beauty brands have there own Beauty Blender's. Boots, Super Drug and most Pharmacies have these too. They cost anything between €10-€27.

I use the bigger part at the bottom to apply foundation and the pointed part at the top to apply highlighter and concealer under my eyes. The pointed part makes it easier to reach and get a good angle to highlight what you want.

So ladies start investing!

You can thank me later :-)

Essential Casual/Dressy Winter Boots (€50 and under)

Hey guys, firstly, I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who liked and shared my first blog post. I'm completely overwhelmed! Also thanks to everyone for all the positivity and love- it means so much Xx ๐Ÿ’œ

So for me winter time is all about the casual/dressy boot. I think a flat boot or boot with a little heel is essential in every girls wardrobe.

I own quite a few pairs of flat/mid-heeled boots and they are so easy to wear and completely dress up an outfit. Throw on with pair of skinnie jeans or alternatively pair with tights and a dress or skirt.

I've selected a few pairs of flat/low heeled boots that are available to buy now. The best thing is that they are all cost €50 or less so won't be super costly. Fashionably stylish but without breaking the bank!

The Chelsea Boot- so simple and yet so essential. Black goes with everything! Pair with a pair of skinnie jeans and voila...
www.boohoo.com €34

Another Black number. I love the little midi heel and also the gold zipper with tassel- very on trend.
Can be worn with jeans or leggings for a more causal look or team with a cute dress or skirt and tights.
www.boohoo.com €41

So fab and pretty, I don't think anyone needs persuasion to buy these!
www.missguided.com €42

For those girls that like to wear something a bit different. These are very cool. The reptile print is very on trend at the moment.
www.missguided.com Was €42 REDUCED to €14!!!!!

I recently purchased these from River Island and I love love them! Super comfy. I love the tassel.
Also available in black.
River Island €50

I hope you like these bargain picks. Which pair would you wear?

feefeebelle loves lipsticks

So I've decided that my first ever blog post has to be dedicated to lipsticks and my love of them. Anyone that knows me, knows that I'm addicted to buying lipsticks and that I wear lipstick EVERY day! I literally have so many and so many different colours and shades. The brand I love the most is Mac and Inglot. I always find myself gravitating towards the lipstick stand. I think lipstick can make an outfit or look "pop" and really give it that "wow" factor. Wear all black with a statement lip and wow... Transformed⭐️
Before I started doing this post I decided to count how many lipsticks I own.. And, OMG!! You don't even want to know!

So this is a collection of the main lipsticks I use. I have Mac (of course), Kate Moss for Rimmel, Inglot, Topshop, L'Oreal, Revlon.

This is the bag I use to store my other lipsticks.

So, it's a very hard decision but I've managed to narrow it down to my top five favourite lipsticks. These are my top five because I wear these colours the most. I alternate between these five colours throughout the week, pending my outfits and moods.

Here they are:  (L-R) Pink Plaid, Pure Zen, Cream Cup, Pink Pearl Pop, Angel

Pink Plaid: When looking for an every day matte pink, this is my go to lippie. I only discovered this lipstick in the past few months and I've been obsessed with it.

Pure Zen: This is a pretty peach nude. Being a creamsheen means it has a glossy appearance to it.
I love this colour, I think it's so natural but yet you would still know you are wearing lipstick. I was bridesmaid for my best friends wedding and we wore this colour.

Cream Cup: Cream Cup is such a popular Mac lipstick and I don't know many girls that don't have this lipstick. If you don't have it you need to go and buy it! It's a really pale pink and can be worn day and night. It's got a cremesheen finish, so quite glossy and still remains pigmented. I've been using this colour for years. A must have for me.

Pink Pearl Pop: This is a bold lipstick. It's so pretty and pink and I love it. It's so eye catching and glamorous. It has a cremesheen finish and glides easily across your lips. If I have a plain outfit on, my go to "pop" of colour lipstick is this one.

Angel: I remember a few years ago the girl in Mac telling me that this was Kim Kardashian (West's) favourite lipstick and I thought "if it's good enough for her!". And that's when my love affair began with Angel. I wear this lipstick so much. If I had to pick a lipstick to have forever it would be this one. It's very like Cream Cup, a nudey pink with a frost finish. It's just so pretty on your lips and if you don't have this then you need to invest. Trust me.

So there's my current top five favourite lipsticks! I hope you enjoyed this post.

Oh and remember...

                                                                Lots of love
